Our commercial-grade line posts provide intermediate support for chain link fence installations. Available in multiple diameters and heights to match any fence requirement, these posts are manufactured to ASTM F1043 specifications for consistent quality and performance. Line posts are typically spaced 10 feet apart and support both the top rail and fence fabric.
**Diameter Options:**
– **1-5/8″ (Light Duty)** – 17 gauge, ideal for residential fences up to 6 feet
– **1-7/8″ (Medium Duty)** – 16 gauge, suitable for 6-8 foot residential/light commercial
– **2-3/8″ (Heavy Duty)** – Schedule 40, commercial grade for fences 8-12 feet
**Height Selection Guide:**
– 7 ft posts for 5-6 ft fence (allows 18-24″ burial)
– 8 ft posts for 6 ft fence (allows 24″ burial)
– 9 ft posts for 7 ft fence (allows 24″ burial)
– 10 ft posts for 8 ft fence (allows 24″ burial)
– 11 ft posts for 8-9 ft fence (allows 24-36″ burial)
